!Attention!
This is an acceptance form for requests related to illustration work.
Please see below for the conditions of accepting requests.
1 . Requests are accepted based on the client's social credibility and brand strength.
2 . We will contact you within 5 days of your application. If we do not hear from you after that, it means that your request has been rejected.
★Production Flow★
1. I will provide an estimate of your request. If you agree to the amount, I will issue an invoice via PayPal, so please provide me with a dedicated e-mail address.
2. First, I will create a rough image drawing.
Once you are satisfied with the design, I will start the clean-up process. At this point in the process, I can handle an unlimited number of revisions.
3. Please check the illustration after it is completed.
I will respond to revisions free of charge as long as they are not major revisions, such as drastically changing the position of a pose or adding a new illustration.
(Change the color, eyes, feet thickness slightly, etc.)
★Contractual Rules★
1. Scope of Work
I accept commissions for illustrations, character design, and Vtuber model illustrations with part separation.
Note: Logo design and animation are not supported.
2. Additional Requests During Production
If additional requests beyond the initial contract arise during production, additional fees will apply.

Significant changes to the illustration or character during production.
Adding a background to a character illustration originally requested without one.
For major changes exceeding the agreed scope of work, additional charges will be invoiced.

3. Payment Deadline
In accordance with the “New Freelance Law” enacted in Japan in November 2024, payment must be made within 60 days of delivery.
4. Refusal to Accept Commissioned Work
Refusing to accept completed work and withholding payment due to dissatisfaction with the outcome, thereby prolonging the contract without resolution, is prohibited.
5. Reduction of Agreed Payment
Unilateral reduction of the pre-agreed payment amount for any reason is considered an unjust modification of the agreement and is not allowed.
6. Forcing Purchases for Required References
Forcing the artist to purchase goods or paid services to provide reference materials for commissioned work is not acceptable.

★Transfer of Rights for Commercial Use★
Please do not use them for commercial purposes such as merchandise without the author's permission.
If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, please let us know in advance.
Please note that we may use your requested work to introduce your achievements.
If you inform me of a date and time when the work can be made public, I will keep it private for a certain period of time.
If you do not want your work to be made public, please explain the reason in the “Other” box on the order sheet.
Even if you do not wish to publish your work, if you do not enter anything in the “Other” column, you are deemed to have consented to its publication.
Please let us know if you would like to use the copyright holder's credit (© mark) when you publish your work on my social networking accounts, etc.

!注意事項!
イラスト制作に関するご依頼の受付フォームです。
ご依頼をお受けする条件につきましては、下記をご参照ください。
1 . 依頼者の社会的信用度やブランド力を考慮して依頼をお受けします。
2 . お申し込み後、5日以内にご連絡いたします。その後連絡がない場合は、不採用とさせていただきます。
★制作の流れ★
1. お見積もりを出させていただきます。金額にご納得いただけましたら、PayPalで請求書を発行しますので、専用のメールアドレスをお知らせください。
2. お振込みが確認出来ましたら、ラフイメージ画を作成し提出致します。
デザインにご納得いただけましたら、清書作業に入ります。この時点で修正回数は無制限です。
3. 完成後、イラストのサンプル品をお送り致しますのでご確認ください。
ポーズの大幅な位置変更や新規イラストの追加など、大幅な修正でなければ3度まで無料で対応いたします。
(色、目、足の太さを少し変えるなど）
★契約ルール★
1. 業務範囲
イラスト、キャラクターデザイン、Vtuberモデルイラストの依頼をパーツ分けでお受けします。
ロゴデザイン、アニメーションには現在対応しておりません。
2. 制作途中での追加依頼について
制作途中での追加依頼が発生した場合、追加料金が発生します。

キャラクターイラストに背景を追加する場合。
制作範囲を超えての大幅な変更は、追加料金をご請求させていただきます。

3. お支払い期限
2024年11月に施行された「フリーランス新法」に基づき、納品後60日以内にお支払いいただきます。
4. 制作物の受け取り拒否
完成品に納得できないという理由で受け取りを拒否し、報酬の支払いを引き延ばす行為はご遠慮ください。
5. 報酬金額の減額
いかなる理由であれ、契約で取り決めた金額を理由を問わず一方的に減額する事は不当行為にあたります。
6. 必要な参考資料の購入の強要
参考資料として、製作者に有料グッズやサービスの購入を強要することはお止めください。

★商業利用における権利の譲渡について★
作者の許可なく、グッズなどの商用利用はご遠慮ください。
商用利用を希望される場合は、事前にご連絡ください。
なお、ご依頼いただいた作品は、実績紹介に使用させていただく場合が
ございます。ご了承下さい。
作品の公開可能日時をお知らせいただければ、ご記載頂いた日時まで作品は非公開にさせていただきます。
作品の公開を希望されない場合は、オーダーシートの「その他」欄に理由をご記入ください。
公開を希望されない場合でも、「その他」欄に何も記入がない場合は、公開に同意したものとみなします。
私のSNSアカウント等で作品を公開する際、著作権者のクレジット（©マーク）を使用したい場合はお知らせください。
