★Contractual Rules★

1. Scope of Work
I accept commissions for illustrations, character design, and Vtuber model illustrations with part separation.
Note: Logo design and animation are not supported.

2. Additional Requests During Production
If additional requests beyond the initial contract arise during production, additional fees will apply.

※Examples include
Significant changes to the illustration or character during production.
Adding a background to a character illustration originally requested without one.
For major changes exceeding the agreed scope of work, additional charges will be invoiced.

3. Payment Deadline
In accordance with the “New Freelance Law” enacted in Japan in November 2024, payment must be made within 60 days of delivery.

4. Refusal to Accept Commissioned Work
Refusing to accept completed work and withholding payment due to dissatisfaction with the outcome, thereby prolonging the contract without resolution, is prohibited.

5. Reduction of Agreed Payment
Unilateral reduction of the pre-agreed payment amount for any reason is considered an unjust modification of the agreement and is not allowed.

6. Forcing Purchases for Required References
Forcing the artist to purchase goods or paid services to provide reference materials for commissioned work is not acceptable.
